Deathstroke #18 solicitation

The solicitation previews included the nineteenth issue of Deathstroke due to its inclusion in the Lazarus Contract storyline and crossover with the Titans book. The hype text for issue #18 was released with the full solicitations earlier this week, and there it is below.

The Lazarus Contract

This can not suck.

I was starting to wonder when it would ever happen though. Christopher Priest talked about clarifying the Deathstroke/Titans relationship right around the time the Deathstroke series was launching yet none of the solicited books seemed to even hint at that.

But here we are. The DC May 2017 solicitations will let us know what to expect.

Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (Trailer)

Here's a look at the upcoming Teen Titans animated movie.

Not a huge amount of Deathstroke content, but from what little we see, his mission of capturing the Titans one by one for The Hive seems consistent, particularly where it involves Dick Grayson, just prior to becoming Nightwing.

Grayson ultimately escapes by jumping through a window, much like the middle part of the scene above.

Deathstroke was voiced by actor Miguel Ferrer who sadly passed away last month at age 61.
